SA Wooden Boat and Music Festival
Every second year (the odd year), the historic river port of Goolwa hosts the SA Wooden and Music Festival. Activities are centered around the Goolwa Wharf. The next festival will be held in March 2011.
In 2009, despite low water levels, the organising committee presented a full program of events. Th
ere were three days of great entertainment for all the family.
Cittaslow Goolwa hosted a gourmet breakfast as part of the 2009 SA Wooden Boat and Music Festival. A two course meal with local produce was presented. The event was booked out, and will be a feature of the next Festival. Book early!
