SA Wooden Boat Festival
Every second year (the odd year), the historic river port of Goolwa hosts the SA Wooden Festival. Activities are centered around the Goolwa Wharf.
In 2009, despite low water levels, the organising committee presented a full program of events. Th
ere were three days of great entertainment for all the family.
Cittaslow Goolwa hosted a gourmet breakfast as part of the 2009 and 2011 SA Wooden Boat and Music Festivals. A two course meal with local produce was prepared. Both events were booked out, and will be a feature of the next Festival 23-24 February 2013. Book early!
