How to Join Cittaslow Goolwa
Cittaslow Goolwa is an incorporated body run by a management committee. The Management Committee meets regularly, usually on the first Thursday of each month. Members are welcome to attend any of the meetings. An Annual General Meeting is held in November.
Other public meetings and events are held during the year. Anyone is welcome to attend. This is usually an opportunity for members to raise issues for discussion and for anyone interested in Cittaslow Goolwa's activities to come along and discover more for themselves.
Special Interest Groups are established as the need arises and work on issues relevant to their areas. Currently we have groups working with:
- Food and Wine
- Environment and Infrastructure
- Community Garden and Cittaslow Barrow
- Heritage and Tourism
- Events and Fundraising
You can apply to join Cittaslow Goolwa Inc by completing a membership form and paying the annual fee. Besides our usual insurance cover for all our financial members we have an additional cover for our members who work as volunteers, especially in our Community Garden and with the Cittaslow Barrow.
Membership fees for 2013 are:
