Preserves with a Story
As part of the 2007 SA Wooden Boat Fesitval and the visit of the Cittaslow Accreditation Team, a Preserves with a Story activity was hosted by the Cittaslow Working Party. Dr Barbara Santich judged a range of jams and preserves that were prepared by members of the Goolwa Community. There was also an opportunity to purchase copies of cooking books and have Barbara sign some of her books.
