Sausage making evening
The Cittaslow Food and Wine group hosted a sausage making demonstration at Caffe de Carlo in Goolwa. A large number of Cittaslow members and visitors enjoyed an informative session conducted by James from Goolwa Central Meats. Afterwards everyone was encouraged to have a go at tying sausages with mixed success. We were able to taste some of the local produce. Thank you to everyone involved in organising this great gathering.
