World Cittaslow Sunday 2011

On Sunday 25 September 2011, the historic river port of Goolwa joined 140 towns across the world to mark World Cittalow Sunday.  We celebrated the principles of Cittaslow and took the opportunity to get together sociall and enjoy a sausage sizzle at the Cittaslow Goolwa Community Garden, in Kessell Road, Goolwa.

From 10am to 2pm, past and present members of Cittaslow Goolwa brought family and friends to enjoy the Spring weather in this vital community garden and share in the FREE sausage sizzle. Activities for the children were popular.
